- Enter the order number and the email address used to place the order under the 'Check Order' section here.
- Once you've located the order, select 'Start a Return'.
- Select the items you're sending back and complete the prompts on the page. You'll receive an email with a link to print your shipping label.
- Drop your package off at a Fed-Ex-approved location. To find one nearest you, click here.
Please note, once the link is selected, you have (5) days to access and print the shipping label before it's expired. If you are unable to print it before the (5) days, you can create a new label by canceling the pending return from the Order History page and repeating the steps above.
If you have multiple items from different orders: You may send the product back from multiple orders so long as it is within the 90-day return window. Please follow the steps above for each order and print all relevant shipping labels. Affix one label to the outside of the package and place all other labels inside along with all the returning products. Failure to print all corresponding labels will cause refund delays.
