In an effort to get you your Honest faves in a timely manner, any subscription orders will automatically be sent to the default shipping address listed on your account.
To avoid any issues, if you need to update your shipping address for your next order, you can easily do so in your "My Account" section or in the shipping details of your next scheduled subscription found on your Subscriptions page. We'll also send you reminder emails 4 and 1 day(s) before your next order begins to process, so you'll have plenty of time to make any necessary updates.
Just a heads up, once an order is processing, our Client Services team won't be able to make any modifications to the address.
If you happen to need to reroute a package that's already in transit, you can use FedEx's free online Delivery Manager service. Once you've received your tracking number and FedEx has scanned it into their system, you can request to update the shipping information.
